Hotel COVID-19 measures

  • – All rooms you will use are sterilized through a large ozone generator.
  • – Chairs, tables, etc. that you would use or touch in guest rooms and dining rooms are sterilized by rubbing them with alcohol and sodium hypochlorite solutions.
  • – Employees routinely wash hands and use alcohol, etc. for thorough sterilization.
  • – Employees wear masks when serving meals.
  • – We set dining tables at least 2 meters away for dinner meetings. We do not serve breakfast or dinner in buffet style.
  • – Rubbing alcohol and sodium hypochlorite solutions are located in various places throughout the hotel.
  • – We use disposable chopsticks (wari-bashi) for every meal service.
